-Did you know that NOVO is headquartered just 45 minutes from downtown in New Lenox? This means if you place your order by 12:00 PM you will receive your products via UPS Ground by the end of the following business day. Likewise for most Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana and Iowa orders.
-Orders can also be picked up at our New Lenox showroom. Please call 312.685.NOVO prior to pick up to make sure that your order is ready.
-You can also visit our showroom to sample our oils, soaps, create your own essential oil blends and more, as well as to pick up your order if you would prefer to not have it shipped.
