Why you'll love it: Cassia is what most of us know as the scent of the cinnamon spice we use in baking. It smells and feels warm and homey and is a fabulout choice for freshening up the house during cold weather months and especially around the holidays.
Cassia is an evergreen tree native to southern china and Vietnam. Much like its close relative cinnamon, cassia is used primarily as a spice because of its fragrant, aromatic bark. Spices sold as cinnamon in the United States and Canada is actually cassia.
Cassia oil is wonderful when used on its own or in conjunction with sweet orange and clove.
