ORDER TURNAROUND TIME
Most online orders will ship within 24 hours of the time they are placed. Once your order has been processed you will receive a NOVO shipping notification and either a USPS or UPS Quantum View notification with your package tracking number. This tracking number can be used to track your package live at www.UPS.com If for any reason your order can not be filled within 24 hours (out of stock items, incorrect shipping address, etc..) we will contact you via email to obtain correct shipping information and/or notifiy you of the cause of delay. PAYMENT METHODS
NOVO accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, and PayPal. We do not accept money orders, cashier checks, or COD's.
SALES TAX
We are required by law to charge sales tax in the state of Illinois. All other states are currently exempt.

RETURN POLICY
1. NOVO has a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any item you purchase can be returned within two weeks of shipment for a full refund, excluding shipping charges, as long as it is returned intact, unused, unopened and in saleable condition.
2. Product returns are to be sent back to the Distribution Center from which they originally shipped prior to a refund being issued. NOVO is not responsible for shipping charges incurred to return the item(s).
3. All products must be returned in saleable condition. Partially used or opened products will not be credited. Please be advised a full credit is subject to a quality control inspection.
4. For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip, and send to:
