NOVO19 Return Policies
1. NOVO has a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any item you purchase can be returned within two weeks of shipment for a full refund, excluding shipping charges, as long as it is returned intact.
2. Product returns are to be sent back to the Distribution Center from which they originally shipped prior to a refund being issued. NOVO is not responsible for shipping charges incurred to return the item(s).
3. All products must be returned in saleable condition. Partially used or opened products will not be credited. Please be advised a full credit is subject to a quality control inspection.
4. For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip, and send to:
